Terms of Service and Disclaimer

I. Nature of Service

The Pivotal Protocol is an intelligence layer. We are not a prescriber, not a pharmacy, and not a clinic. We design protocols. We do not dispense, prescribe, or fulfill compounds. Anything published, sent, or referenced through Pivotal is information and design work, not a medical service.

II. Research and Educational Use

All compounds discussed across Pivotal surfaces are referenced for research and educational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Every clinical decision belongs to a licensed physician with full knowledge of the case.

III. No Provider Relationship

Reading this site, submitting an intake form, or receiving an Operator Note does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Pivotal does not provide medical care. No communication with Pivotal, in any direction, on any channel, creates a clinical, fiduciary, or treatment obligation.

IV. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for their own health decisions, for consulting their licensed physician, and for full disclosure of medications, conditions, and contraindications during any intake. A member who withholds material information accepts full responsibility for any outcome that results.

V. Limitation of Liability

Pivotal, its operators, and contractors are not liable for any outcome arising from a member's decision to act on any content, recommendation, or protocol referenced through Pivotal. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

VI. Membership and Access

Membership is by invitation. Pivotal reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Membership is not a guaranteed right. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

VII. Privacy

Privacy practices are described in the Pivotal privacy policy at /privacy. The privacy policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

VIII. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current revision. Continued use of the site after a revised effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
